Check your phone number

The City of Lohja has a password reset tool that allows users to change their edu password or reset an expired or forgotten password. The change is done by a confirmation code sent to the user’s phone. To use the tool, the user must save their phone number on the password tool page. When entering the number, the user must remember their valid edu.lohja.fi password. The number is stored in the user directory in a data field that is hidden in the user data which the password tool and administrators have access to read. The use of the service is voluntary.
